XYZ Company invites the applicants to complete an online application form for jobs in the company. iii: Number of days of unexcused absence;
iv: Productivity as measured by the number of units of items produced in a month;
v: Number of new clients generated by the employee (depending upon the job)
vi: Dollar volume of new business generated by the employee (depending upon the job).
